We’re Hiring – Production Engineer
Join Our Screens & Casing Factory
Location : Sadat City Menoufia

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team specializing in Oil & Gas products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, supervise, and optimize production activities across the Screens & Casing Factory and CNC Lathe Workshop.
* Manage the manufacturing of products in compliance with API Spec 7-1, API Spec 7-2, and API Spec 5B requirements.
* Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company quality management systems.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in machining, fabrication, and production operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas products manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience in the production of screens, casing accessories, threaded components, or drilling tools manufactured to API 7-1, API 7-2, and API 5B.
* Experience with CNC turning, conventional machining, and manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of Sheet Metal Forming, Fabrication, Material Selection, and NDT requirements.
* Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We’re Hiring – QA/QC Engineer

Join Our Screens & Casing Factory
Location : Sadat City
We are seeking a highly qualified QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality team in an Oil & Gas manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure product quality and compliance with API Spec 7-1, API Spec 7-2, and API Spec 5B throughout all manufacturing and inspection stages.
* Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures in accordance with API and company quality management system requirements.
* Perform and oversee inspection activities for raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished products.
* Review manufacturing documentation, inspection records, and quality reports to ensure full traceability and compliance.
* Coordinate and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and verify acceptance in accordance with applicable standards.
* Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to investigate nonconformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
* Support internal, customer, and third-party audits and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience with products manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7-1, API Spec 7-2, and API Spec 5B.
* Strong knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, inspection techniques, and quality documentation.
* Experience in the inspection of sheet metal products, machined components, and threaded connections.
* Familiarity with quality management systems, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
