Responsibilities:
* Responsible for achieving his goals, objectives, budget revenue, average check and number
of covers.
* Achieves the annual sales and profit target set by the Company for the Restaurant.
* Manages the day to day activities of the restaurant and highlights any deviation/variance,
identified the cause and corrects them through subordinates.
* Responsible for managing the performance and results of the restaurant in operations and to
achieve planned objectives

* Selecting his owns staff.
* Responsible for manpower planning and development to meet business needs. Reviews
operations compliance in franchised restaurants
* Entertaining regular guest (full invitation or birthday etc).
* Maintaining a system, updated all times with full information pertaining to his regular guest
Name address, phone number, date of birthday.
* Holding briefing and de-briefing for his staff on a daily basis.
* Responsible for food promotions held in his outlet (printing of menus-staff uniform, music &
entertainment with concerned person in charge).
* Maintenance of his restaurant (daily, monthly, annual).
* Decoration pertaining to his restaurant and updating with new ideas.
* Check on a daily basis “Special menu of the parties days and reservation for place “.
