Position: General Maintenance Supervisor
Purpose:
The purpose from this job is to implement schedules for maintenance activities in an allocated segment to ensure operational deadlines and service standards are met through the optimization of processes and the cost-effective deployment of resources. There is also a role to play in training and developing staff and in some cases in process improvement.
Main Tasks, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Develop, execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans of the entire factory that will assure machines and equipment are always running well in high efficient.
2. Manage the supplying of power, electricity, water, steam and natural gas to the entire factory department to achieve production plan performance.
3. Develop and minimize development cost of machines and tools for different activities and support for new product development.
4. Verify and ensure that all equipment is accurate to ensure precise and accountable performance.
5. Select, train and develop maintenance staff to achieve maintenance target.
6. Mange safety instructions for his area to reduce risk and make good ambient for maintenance staff and machinery’s.
Qualifications: -
-B.Sc B*h. Mechanical or electrical engineering ( Ain-Shams ,Cairo ,Zagazig University )
-Very Good command of English language.
-Computer skills.
Experiences:
Not less than 5 years’ experience and at least 2 years’ experience in managerial job.
