" Business Development Executive "
Tiger Sustainable Development is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✨Develop, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the facility management and logistics sectors.
✨Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
✨Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of services (soft & hard facility services, pest control, cleaning, customs clearance, warehousing, freight forwarding).
✨Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and financial offers.
✨Lead and manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
✨Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
✨Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
✨Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve strategy.
✨Attend client meetings, site inspections, and pre-sales assessments.
✨Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
🔹 Job Requirements:
✨Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in facility management, logistics, or B2B services.
✨Strong knowledge of contract structuring, pricing models, and SLAs.
✨Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
✨Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
✨Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
✨Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
✨Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
✨Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally and regionally.
✨Experience in tendering processes and public/private sector bids is a plus.
