BEC Arabia is looking to hire a Technical - BIM Wet Utilities Engineer (Infrastructure) to work at the Head Office in Cairo - Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC design drawings and LOD 300 wet utilities models to validate design accuracy and raise RFIs as required.
Develop and update LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models in compliance with project BIM requirements and standards.
Extract and prepare detailed shop drawings from BIM models for submission and site approval.
Participate in weekly progress meetings with clients and internal project teams.
Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to resolve identified clashes and ensure the delivery of fully coordinated, clash-free models.
Integrate and update BIM data in accordance with the client’s Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and the approved BIM Ex*****on Plan (BEP).
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in BIM for infrastructure or utilities projects.
Strong technical understanding of wet utility systems.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Navisworks is required.
Experience with Revit, Autodesk Inventor, or Revizto is considered an advantage.
Solid understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and documentation standards.
