Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Downtown Cairo, Egypt.

Will be responsible for providing travel consulting services to clients, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations.

Daily tasks will include sales & customer service interactions, coordinating and booking hotels, as well as managing and resolving any related issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Experience in reservation, suppliers/booking systems and/or

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements.

• Proficiency in handling and/or Airline reservation/ .

• Strong Sales & Customer Service skills.

• Knowledge of global travel destinations and industry regulations.
