Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple client sites.
* Lead, coach, and support site teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, company policies, and client requirements.
* Plan and optimize workforce deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing operational challenges promptly and professionally.
* Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare accurate operational reports and present performance updates to management.
* Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless operational support.
* Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum **4 years of experience** in Operations, Facility Management, Outsourcing, or Integrated Services.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driving license is considered an advantage.
