Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a strong passion for attracting and hiring top talent. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle while supporting other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Sales Representative to join our team. will be to promote and sell our medical diagnostic tests service to new Labs and existing Labs, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires you to conduct regular visits to clients, understand their specific needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Responsibilities
• Create accurate reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, to be submitted to the direct manager.
• Acquire new customers and manage customer relations.
• Organize and perform outdoor customer site visits, including initial visits, demonstrations, negotiations, and more.
• Prepare, send, and negotiate customer proposals, offers, and contracts.
• Assist in developing a new client base by identifying potential clients in the target market.
• Participate in executive events and meetings to represent the company.
• Maintain long-term and trusting relationships with existing clients.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Veterinary, or Pharmacy
• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical diagnostic testing is a plus.
• Gender: Males only
• Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Must have a car with an active driver's license.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
