We are a Socks Manufacturing Company located in SCZone – West Qantara, Ismailia, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Finance Division as:
💼Banking & Taxation Accountant
📍 Location: SCZone – West Qantara, Ismailia, Egypt
🔹 The Role
The Functional Coordinator – Banking & Taxation will execute and coordinate Treasury, Banking, Taxation, Statutory Compliance and Payment Operations, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely financial transactions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily cash position and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate fund transfers and monitor liquidity.
• Process banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
• Handle online banking transactions and banking documentation.
• Coordinate Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Support foreign exchange transactions.
• Prepare tax calculations and coordinate Withholding Tax and VAT/GST matters.
• Coordinate statutory tax filings, payments and tax reconciliations.
• Support tax audits and maintain accurate tax records.
• Coordinate government submissions and statutory documentation.
• Verify payment documentation and monitor treasury and banking controls.
• Coordinate the daily activities of relevant finance operational teams.
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Education:
B.Com / BBA – Finance / ACCA (Part-qualified)
💼 Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking or Tax Operations, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
🔹 Technical Knowledge & Skills
✔ Banking procedures and transactions
✔ Bank transfers & online banking
✔ Letters of Credit & Bank Guarantees
✔ Withholding Tax & VAT/GST
✔ Statutory tax filing requirements
✔ Treasury & cash management
✔ Cash flow forecasting
✔ Bank reconciliation
✔ Tax computation & filing
✔ Strong documentation and compliance skills

💼 Senior GL Accountant
📍 Location: SCZone – West Qantara, Ismailia, Egypt
🔹 The Role
The Functional Specialist – Finance & Accounts will manage and oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial accounting and reporting while maintaining strong financial controls and statutory compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage General Ledger & Financial Accounting operations.
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and provisions.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and financial planning and monitor budget utilization.
• Manage Fixed Assets, including capitalization, depreciation, CWIP and asset verification.
• Oversee Banking, Treasury & Taxation activities.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, fund availability and statutory tax compliance.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, customer balances, ageing and reconciliations.
• Strengthen Internal Controls & ERP Governance and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and finance SOPs.
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Education:
B.Com / BBA – Accounting & Finance / ACCA (Part-qualified or Qualified) / CA (Articleship completed)
💼 Experience:
6–8 years of progressive experience in general accounting, budgeting and financial control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
🔹 Technical Knowledge & Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS / Local GAAP
✔ General Ledger & financial accounting
✔ Manufacturing cost accounting
✔ Budgeting & financial planning
✔ Fixed asset accounting
✔ Banking & tax compliance
✔ Financial reconciliation & controls
✔ ERP finance transactions and governance
