We are hiring Warehouse & logistic Joiner Manager
Location : Suez
Job Summary:-
To execute warehouse operations primarily receive and dispatch finished goods and materials. Exposure of handling Raw & Packaging Material and Engineering stores will be preferred. Creating PRs and updating their status with Procurement Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Manage WH Operations: Maintain Stock Count Accuracy, FIFO, and Daily Workers Coordination, Material Requirements according to Daily PP / BOM and FG Receiving from Production with current WH Team.
• Assigned duties to warehouse operational teams
• Daily update ERP / SAP system as per physical movement of stock to ensure stock accuracy.
• Carry out periodic stock count to ensure nil discrepancies between ERP system and physical stocks.
• Ensure appropriate norms for storage on bays and pallets to facilitate FIFO deliveries.
• Follow and implement procedures for receiving, handling, shipping and salvaging nonmoving / dead stocks.
• Optimize resources (space, manpower, MHE) to maximize system efficiency.
• Clear pending transactions at the end of the day.
• Consolidate data to prepare MIS of warehouse operation
• To ensure safe & healthy work environment.
• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
· Export Logistics Management – Responsible on all documentation and vessel booking for Export Orders after Order Confirmation and setting expected ETAs / LT.
· Book required quantities of SKUs per shipment and maintaining their correct form without damages / defects.
· Coordinate with Logistics Team and Export Team ETA of Containers and all required documents with it.
· Send required from WH Team to Logistics Team after dispatching Export SKUs
· Managing Material Purchase Requests – Creating PRs and communicating delivery dates with Procurement Unit according to Production Plan and month requirements.
· Creation and release of PRs to POs on SAP and daily extraction and coordination on ETA to plant with Procurement Team
· Plan daily operations by checking pending order in the system
· Make arrangements for the planned loading
Work experience requirement:-
5-8 years of experience in handling warehouse operations
