We are looking for the following teachers;
Pre-play
Foundation
GEMS Academy Alexandria is a prestigious dual-curricular school in the historical seaside city of Alexandria in Egypt and is looking for qualified teachers covering all subjects with a small number of positions open now and others for the upcoming academic year in August 2022.
We are a very welcoming company and have many satisfied teachers. We provide an induction and academic support. Additionally, there is professional development throughout the academic year.
We teach both the British and the French curriculum from Foundation Stage to Upper Secondary and will introduce the American curriculum from September 2022.
We’re looking for teachers with:
An ability to inspire students
A good knowledge of their specialist subject(s)
An understanding of classroom technology
Good communication / people skills
An ability to manage a busy classroom

The working day is from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with approximately 20 hours of teaching time.

Requirements:
Native Speakers or native-level teachers
Teaching Certificate
Bachelor’s degree/college or upper education

An online or face-to-face unpaid demo class of up to 30 minutes with staff members taking the roles of students OR you can send your real class videos (preferred). All materials are provided with clear guidelines of what is expected to be covered and what we will be looking for.
