Duties :
• To assist management in recruitment process, responsible for producing and issuing contracts in the hiring process to complete the hiring documents.
• Responsible for producing monthly site statistics/graphs, headcount and HR report related to recruitment for Site Manager and Company HR Manager to monitor hiring progress.
• Drafting memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance during the hiring process to communicate with the others.
• Assisting the HR Unit in updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies.
• Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures during the recruitment process to be ready to proceed.
• Receive & screen resumes, make plan of interview, inform to candidates, arranging interviews, room booking, candidates, hiring managers & candidate management in the hiring process to proceed.
• Posting internal job adverts when needed to publish.
• Responsibility for managing client and candidate feedback forms after interviews to give feedback.
• Identify sources for qualified candidates after interview evaluation to select the right one.
• Input applicant’s information into HR database after hiring to update the company database.
• Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager when needed to achieve the plans.
