We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our Berlin office.

We'll be a great fit!

The focus of this position is to help SANI reach its customers more easily.

It will encompass responsibilities such as identifying leads, educating prospects on the benefits of SANI through calls, trainings, and presentations, as well as providing existing customers with support if they need it.

The Sales Representative position combines both inside and outside sales models.

SANI's team is currently in the startup phase—which means that you'll have an opportunity to fuel your growth. As the company becomes more mature, you'll be able to choose your own path according to your skills, diligence, and experience.

This is a full-time position.

We need a Sales Representative who can:

— Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
— Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
— Work with the marketing department to align on strategies.
— Track all sales activities in SANI's Pipedrive CRM and keep updating accounts.
— Communicate customer and prospect pain points to relevant departments.
— Help establish sales quotas—and then meet them.
— Speak and write in German fluently (C2, bilingual, or native is required).
— Speak and write in English fluently (C2, bilingual, or native is required).

It would be great if you also had:

— Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant professional track record.
— Several years of sales experience.
— Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
— Excellent interpersonal skills.
— Basic knowledge of a variety of prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Albacross, Leadfeeder, Apollo, Brand24, and more.

Packaging is the #1 of plastic waste. According to the data published by World Economic Forum, 141 tonnes of plastic waste generated annually is packaging. The #2, textiles generate 41 tonnes which is about 70% less.

WEF proposes the following ways of reducing plastic waste that used to be packaging:
1. Direct elimination
2. Innovative elimination
3. Refills
4. Return and use
5. Plastic recycling
6. Composting
7. Substituting materials

We need to reduce the plastic waste but R&D for innovative elimination takes time and in the COVID-19 pandemic, hand sanitizers need to be produced and packaged accordingly to the increased demand. That's why we went with the refill way with SANI. Users get their own bottles with NFC tags to refill them on-demand at the dispenser. Thanks to that, the plastic we have to use does not become a plastic waste!

Workplace safety is at risk due to the clusters of COVID-19 cases. As reported by the European Centre for Disease Prevention, large clusters have been found in–apart from the healthcare–food packaging and processing sectors, in factories and manufacturing, mining sector, and in office settings across all European Union countries, EEA members, and the UK.

The report also notes that occupations are commonly linked to socioeconomic status which might affect the risk of COVID-19 contamination and mortality. How can we avoid COVID-19 cluster occurrence at work?

In order to maintain control during the COVID-19 crisis, employers need to learn as much as they can about their enemy. The data is not in their favor either.

According to a document published by mistake by Czech officials, workplace seems to be the number one for virus transmission with a total share of 38.9%. The second biggest factor (23,9%) is of all the cases with unknown origin but then, the third setting is home, family, and spare time combined, with a share of 21,8%.

A few years before the pandemic, a 13,5-month randomized controlled trial has been conduced in one insurance company to find out whether hand hygiene intervention programs can impact healthcare insurance claims, work absence, and subjective perception of employees.

The study found that healthcare claims that can be prevented with good hygiene practices, such as a cold or influenza, can be lowered by over 20%.
