Successful DNV Surveillance Audit – ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this year’s DNV surveillance audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

The positive audit result confirms the effective implementation and continuous development of our quality and environmental management systems. It also demonstrates that our established processes and structures meet the requirements of these international standards and are firmly embedded in our day-to-day operations.

Such a result is, above all, a team achievement. We would therefore like to thank all our employees whose daily commitment, quality awareness and responsible use of resources make an important contribution to our continued success.

We would also like to thank DNV for conducting the audit in a professional and collaborative manner, as well as everyone involved in preparing, supporting and coordinating the audit process.

However, we do not intend to rest on this success. We see the positive result as further motivation to continuously review and improve our processes – with the aim of creating efficient and reliable workflows for our employees while consistently delivering the highest quality and added value to our customers.

🌍 Strengthening global collaboration at AS-Schneider

Manimaaran, our Digital Marketing Manager based at AS-Schneider India, is now in his second week at our headquarters in Nordheim – and it's been a fantastic opportunity to connect in person.

His visit has given colleagues the chance to exchange ideas, discuss digital marketing initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across locations. While virtual meetings keep us connected every day, nothing quite replaces the creativity, energy, and spontaneous conversations that happen when people come together face to face.

Our first Global Marketing Meeting in person was great. We're looking forward to building on the momentum, sharing new perspectives, and developing ideas that will help shape the future of our global marketing activities.

Andreas Ripsam is the new CEO – welcome!

As of January 1, 2026, Andreas Ripsam has taken on the role of CEO at AS-Schneider, bringing extensive international leadership experience and a strong background in mechanical engineering.

Following a one-month transition period, interim CEO Dr. Franz Joachim Trasser has returned to the Advisory Board. We would like to sincerely thank him for his great commitment, his open-door leadership, and his steady guidance throughout the transition.

With the handover now complete, Andreas Ripsam will play a key role in shaping the future development of AS-Schneider. We look forward to continuing the success story of our 150-year-old family-owned company together with our international team.
