Job title: Live chat advisor (customer support)
Main purpose: To assist the customer service operations team dealing with a wide range of customer queries
Location: Remote working
Supporting: Operations
Terms / Contract type: Part time, flexible, includes evenings, temp to perm.
Sector: Hospitality
Making up part of the team will be the chat advisor.
Working for a hospitality management company, you will be helping customers with new reservations, re-arranging meetings / events & updating information on the programme calendar.
All communication will be in English, so fluency in English is essential.
The right candidate will be receiving and responding to a wide range of customer queries whilst will providing the highest level of customer service.
Handling communication via multiple chats, logging all chat issues and providing resolutions will form a central part to the role.
You will have fast typing skills, reach weekly KPIs and have a "can do" attitude.
You must be computer literate, especially in terms of checking and responding to emails, logging all communication and utilising the chat software.
You must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week on - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Previous experience in a customer support role is desired, not essential.
