Together with Performance powered by nature and CEPI Eurokraft, we are highlighting what strong kraft paper can do for paper carrier bags - and how the right paper packaging solution can make a real difference.

What started as a small group of women in Vienna has grown into a global network connecting more than 300 colleagues.

In 2026, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Mondi Professional Women's Network (MPWN), marking a decade of connection, learning and shared growth across our business.

Founded by a group of women in Vienna, MPWN has grown into a global network that has brought colleagues together through more than 80 events focused on networking, learning, mentoring and leadership development.

By creating opportunities to connect, share experiences and learn from one another, MPWN supports our MAP2030 commitment to providing purposeful employment in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

This milestone was celebrated by the founding hub team in Vienna and serves as an inspiring example for new women's network hubs being developed across our operations and regions around the world.

A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to MPWN over the past decade and helped shape its journey. We look forward to seeing its impact continue to grow in the years ahead.

Simplifying packaging, without compromising performance 📦

For our long-standing customer STIEBEL ELTRON, we developed a streamlined corrugated packaging concept for around 150 water heater products, reducing complexity while maintaining reliable product protection.

What changed? We reduced the number of corrugated board grades by more than 75% and created a more structured, unified packaging system tailored to product requirements.

The result: a more efficient and scalable approach across the entire portfolio

✔️ Fewer corrugated board grades for simpler procurement, production and logistics
✔️ Standardised solutions based on optimised corrugated board grades per product group
✔️ White digital printing for a consistent brand appearance across all packaging
✔️ Flexible design changes and smaller production runs without additional set-up
✔️ Faster introduction of new products without the need for additional box tests

By combining unified corrugated board grades with digital printing, we help Stiebel Eltron reduce complexity, improve efficiency and stay flexible for future growth.

Team spirit, heights and on point!

Our apprentices at Mondi Frantschach showed during the 2026 Apprentice Outing that teamwork is not only important in the workplace, but also in the climbing park and on the 3D archery course. 😎

Between action, adventure and plenty of fun, there was also time to get to know new colleagues and create lasting memories together.

Our apprentices are an important part of Mondi, and we're committed to supporting their growth and development.

Wonderful Summer Holidays at the Mondi Lerncafe ☀️🐴🍦⛳

Mondi Zeltweg has been supporting the Caritas Lerncafe Knittelfeld for many years, supporting around 30 children in their educational, social, and language development.

During the summer holidays, Mondi Zeltweg continues to create memorable experiences at the Mondi Lerncafe. 💛

The children have already enjoyed a horseback riding excursion to Reiterhof Schmiedt in Greith 🐎, shared ice cream together 🍦, and spent an exciting afternoon playing mini golf. ⛳

These diverse holiday activities bring not only plenty of variety, but above all joy, a sense of community, and lasting memories. 🌈✨

Moments like these highlight the true value of community and social engagement. ☀️😊
