Internationale Pflegekräfte gewinnen: persönlich, gezielt und nachhaltig.
Der Fachkräftemangel in der Pflege stellt Krankenhäuser und Gesundheitseinrichtungen vor große Herausforderungen. Internationale Rekrutierung kann ein wichtiger Teil der Lösung sein, wenn sie professionell und nachhaltig umgesetzt wird.

Unser aktuelles Projekt mit der operasan Nierenzentren GmbH zeigt, wie das funktionieren kann.

In Nairobi traf operasan auf sorgfältig vorausgewählte Pflegefachkräfte mit Erfahrung in der nephrologischen Versorgung. Nach vorherigen Online-Interviews folgten persönliche Gespräche, Fachinterviews und der direkte Austausch vor Ort.

Begleitet wurde das Projekt von Frau Susen Poster, kaufmännische Leiterin des operasan Nierenzentrums Leipzig, Frau Carolin Lambracht , Projektmanagerin bei Cura Global Talents Deutschland, sowie Frau Sylvia Achieng, lokale Recruiterin bei Cura Global Talents Kenya.
Das Ergebnis: Die gewünschte Anzahl an Pflegefachkräften wurde für den weiteren Weg nach Deutschland ausgewählt.
Doch für uns endet internationales Recruiting nicht mit der Auswahl.
