Warum ich es mit Leidenschaft mache

Mein Großvater war Unternehmer und mein absoluter Held. Zusammen mit ihm im Büro oder beim Kunden Zeit zu verbringen und zu sehen, wie er Dinge anpackte und umsetzte, gehört zu meinen schönsten Kindheitserinnerungen.

Leider konnten/wollten seine Kinder und Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen nicht fortführen, und er hat es nicht geschafft, die Erfolgsgeschichte in gute Hände zu geben.

Diese Erfahrung hat mich stark geprägt und gibt mir seit 15 Jahren die nötige Energie und den Willen, dem deutschen Mittelstand Top-Mitarbeitern zu beschaffen.

Das Ethos-Konzept wurde von mir entwickelt weil ich ans eines ganz besonders glaube: Die Zukunft wird durch Menschen gestaltet die miteinander arbeiten WOLLEN.
