This is Cold-Calling, however, because we are buying homes and not selling anything. Most people will be very open. We are helping people to sell their homes quick and easy without any investment or fees involved.

Tasks include the following:
• Calling pre-screened prospects, to discuss if they are interested in selling any properties they currently own.

A successful Moving Consultant will have Sales and Customer Service experience. Will be autonomous, Tech Savvy, Organized, Results Oriented, Money Driven and Ambitious. This is a commission-based job, but we will invest into your success. Salaries can range from 50-150k per year. A successful Moving Consultant can average over $1,000 USD per week. Inbound and Outbound calls for HOT Leads (These people want us to call them, they have a problem and we provide effective solutions) Customer Service and excellent communication skills are a must!

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Informing the customer about the moving services available
-Providing an estimate for the price of the move
-Filling out the pre-move paperwork
-Working with the client to set up the time and date of the move
-Planning and fine-tuning some of the more specific details of the overall move
-Working with the customer to settle the cost of the move and deciding on the mode of payment
-Preparing the paperwork
