¿Tienes una sólida experiencia en gestión ambiental en minería y la capacidad de liderar la sostenibilidad en proyectos en etapa de exploración? Buscamos un perfil estratégico y operativo que garantice la viabilidad socioambiental del negocio en territorio.

📍 Ubicación: Colombia (con alta presencia en proyecto)

🔍 Responsabilidades Principales
- Liderar la estrategia de sostenibilidad con enfoque ambiental y social.
- Gestionar el cumplimiento ambiental, permisos y licenciamiento de los proyectos.
- Asegurar la viabilidad socioambiental en etapas de exploración y desarrollo.
- Gestionar riesgos ambientales y sociales en territorio.
- Liderar el relacionamiento con comunidades, autoridades y stakeholders clave.
- Implementar estándares ESG y de derechos humanos.
- Gestionar negociaciones de tierras y procesos prediales.
- Administrar indicadores, presupuesto y desempeño del área.

🧭 Requisitos Clave
- Profesional con posgrado en áreas relacionadas con sostenibilidad o ambiental.
- +10 años de experiencia en sostenibilidad, con fuerte enfoque ambiental.
- Experiencia en minería (idealmente en exploración).
- Experiencia en gestión ambiental, permisos y relacionamiento con comunidades.
- Perfil hands-on, con capacidad de liderazgo y ejecución en campo.
- Disponibilidad para estar en proyecto.
