PROFILE 👇
Position: Customer Success Engineer 🦾.
Seniority level: Senior.
*Languages are: 1. English + Spanish + Portuguese, or 2. English + Spanish, or 3. English + Portuguese.
*Must have 5+ years of experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
1. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in pre-sales, post-sales, technical support, consulting, or similar roles.
2. In-depth understanding of networking and security concepts and experience with multi-vendor networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, traffic generators, etc.
3. Understanding SASE architecture and value proposition.
4. Enterprise-level designing/troubleshooting experience in Routing Protocols (BGP / OSPF / EIGRP).
5. Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (SAML, SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.).
6. Knowledge of Linux (including BASH and Python scripting).
7. Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
8. Strong consulting and project management skills.
9. Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, and executives and explain their impact on internal and external business to the organization.
10. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
11. Availability to provide after-hours deliverables on a scheduled / non-scheduled basis.
12. A proactive approach to resolving customer challenges.
13. BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
*Definite term contract📃-Contractor.
