Houtu Tea's team-building activities——Barbecue
Recently, Houtu Tea organized a team-building activity and chose barbecue as the form of activity. We chose the location next to the scenic reservoir. Everyone divided the work and performed their duties. In recent years, the export volume of Chinese Green Tea in African market continues to increase. In 2023, the total export amount of Chinese Green Tea to Africa occupied 773,000,000 US dollars. The total quantity is 221,700 tons. Chinese Green Tea accounts the large export volume. Morocco, Mali and other countries are the main export market in Africa for Chinese Green Tea.

Predicting the effects of drought on tea production and prices
Since the beginning of summer this year, a severe drought has occurred in southern my country, and the highest temperature in many places has broken historical extremes. The drought has lasted for a long time and has a wide range, which has affected the production of this year's summer and autumn tea and next year's spring tea.
Severe drought, expected impact on yields:

1. The production of medium and low-grade tea will be reduced this year;

2. Next spring tea production will be reduced, especially high-end tea.

The impact on tea prices:

1. The price of medium and low-grade tea sold domestically will rise;

2. The price of raw tea for export will lag behind, because refined tea factories and export tea factories have certain stocks;

3. It is unlikely that high-end tea will rise during the year. Due to the impact of the epidemic in the first half of the year, the sales of high-end tea are not as good as last year;

4. The price of spring tea will rise in 2023.

In general, due to the drought, the production of tea has decreased, but due to the epidemic, the quantity of tea sold domestically will drop, and the sales price will also drop a little.
