JCHR非常榮幸能於「2026澳門商務大獎」中，脫穎而出，奪得【可持續發展大獎 — 金獎】的殊榮🥇！
自2012年成立以來，JC扎根澳門即將邁向第十四年。作為一家中小企業，能與各大優秀企業同場並獲得評審肯定，對我們而言是莫大的鼓舞。

這是我們創辦人及董事總經理 何嫣芳Jacinta 昨晚在領獎台上的真摯分享。
JC始終相信環境、經濟與職業從不是選擇題：從綠色環境倡導🌱 、 社會共融🤝、青年職涯引導🎓，再到員工福祉💼，每一步的實踐看似微小，但累積起來便是改變社會的力量。
這份金獎不只屬於公司，更屬於每一位並肩作戰的團隊夥伴、信任我們的客戶，以及受惠的機構與人士🙌🏻。

【JCHR Wins Gold Award in Sustainability at the Business Awards of Macau 🏆】
Last night was a night filled with deep emotion and honor! ✨
JCHR is incredibly proud to have stood out at the "Business Awards of Macau 2026" and secured the prestigious “Gold Award in Sustainability”! 🥇
Since our establishment in 2012, JC has been rooted in Macau for nearly 14 years. As an SME, being recognized alongside so many outstanding enterprises is a tremendous source of encouragement for us.
💬 "The core of sustainability does not depend on the size of an enterprise, but rather on how much we could commit."
This was the heartfelt message shared on stage last night by our Founder and Managing Director, Jacinta Ho.
JC has always believed that the environment, the economy, and our careers are never matters of choice. From advocating for green initiatives 🌱 and social inclusion 🤝 to youth career guidance 🎓 and employee well-being 💼—every step may seem small, but when accumulated, they create the power to change society.
This Gold Award does not belong to the company alone; it belongs to every team member who has fought alongside us, the clients who trust us, and the organizations and individuals who have benefited from our work. 🙌🏻
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the organizers, the Charity Association of Macau Business Readers and MB Signature Events Limited, as well as the panel of judges for their recognition of JCHR.
Moving forward, we will continue to uphold this spirit, fulfill our social responsibility, and use our professionalism and warmth to protect this city. 🏙️
