here is casting working shop, They melt he metal into a liquid and pour it into a mould to make a semi-finished pump part .Customers require different materials of pump parts, so the proportion of metal put into melting furnace is different，There are special technicians to supervise the feeding process。Make material of pump casting is real and good quality cast iron, ductile iron, SS304, SS316，SS420, 2Cr13…etc
The workers make sand mold first, casting once every 3-4 days, unqualified products are eliminated directly, and qualified products are sent to machining workshop as blank parts to further processing。
