Founded in 2015 in Zurich, Switzerland, TestingTime recruits test users and other study participants. The name TestingTime is derived from tea time – the light meal the British eat in the afternoon. This is, of course, meant as a metaphor: we take the weight of recruiting off your shoulders so that the task of conducting research becomes lighter and thus more regular. Our hope is that this way, our customers will help us to someday achieve our vision: a world full of happy users.

Die spannende Virtual-Reality-Studie findet beim Deutschen Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt in Hamburg statt.

Voraussetzung: Du musst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.

FAQ: What happens if I have to cancel?

We get it – life happens. But once you’ve accepted an invitation to a study, our customers and partners are counting on you. They’ve already scheduled the session, booked a location, and are ready to meet you!

Please only cancel if you have a valid reason – and make sure to let us know ASAP using the cancellation link in your email. That way, we can react quickly and try to find a replacement.

If you cancel too late or don’t show up without informing us, we might have to exclude you from future studies. And we’d really hate to do that – you’re awesome, and we want to keep working with you❗️

Most of our studies take between 30 and 90 minutes.

Some tests happen right from your home—think online surveys, phone interviews, or video calls.
Others might be at our client’s location, where you’ll get hands-on with exciting new products or services.
