HSOS Industrial services is ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and VCA Petrochemie 2017 / 6.0 certified and can be utilized worldwide. We provide various specialist services, practical solutions both on site, or in our various workshops in Europe.

For our headquarters in Dordrecht (NL), we have various vacancies available:

Account / Sales Manager
Tasks:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Manage and train the sales team to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Working with Sales colleagues with in div. HSOS locations.
Authorities:
• Approve client proposals and pricing strategies within set limits.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients.
Education/Experience:
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Negotiation, market analysis, and sales strategy.
• Proficiency: Dutch and English Language (verbal and written)

Work shop Manager
Tasks:
• Manage the Workshop day to day operations in liaison with Operations Manager and Location Managers
• Preparing required equipment, including booking in/out

Responsibilities:
• Staff welfare, guidance, discipline, and performance. Also, that department fully conforms to all company rules and regulations.
• Liasing with Operational Management and QHSE management, concerning equipment requirements.
Education/Experience:
• Experience: 5+ years in work shop management.
• Skills: Man management. Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency: Dutch and English Language (verbal and written)

Work shop Technicial Specialist
Tasks:
• Day to Day, maintenance / repair of equipment / machines
• Preparing required equipment, working together with the work shop manager
Responsibilities:
• Staff welfare, guidance, discipline, and performance. Also, that department fully conforms to all company rules and regulations.
• Responsible in maintaining and or reapiring the workshop and plant equipment.
• Liasing with Work shop manager, concerning equipment requirements.
Education/Experience:
• Experience: 5+ years in Technical maintenance / repair of equipment
• Proficiency: Dutch and English Language (verbal and written)
