As a Senior Manager – Service (S/4HANA), you’ll play a key role in transforming service operations, leading end-to-end SAP projects, and mentoring high-performing teams. This is your chance to make a lasting impact by combining business strategy, technology, and leadership excellence.
🌟 What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead SAP business transformation programs focused on service process optimization.
🔹 Design and implement end-to-end SAP Service solutions (S/4HANA, SAP CS, FSM, SD, MM, PP VC).
🔹 Manage project delivery with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
🔹 Support business development by preparing proposals and identifying new SAP opportunities.
🔹 Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to the firm’s SAP growth strategy.
🎯 Mandatory Requirements
1️⃣ Minimum 6–8 years of experience in SAP Service implementation & business process consulting.
2️⃣ Proven leadership in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
3️⃣ Fluency in English & German (French is a plus).
🎓 Your Background
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland (📌 No visa sponsorship available).
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
