Happy Retirement, Kathy! You have been instrumental in the growth and success of ABL, especially in our Southwestern Ontario branches: you’ve been a recruiter, staffing consultant, payroll specialist, and unofficial mentor to many. Your easy smile, warmth, and care have helped to nurture many ABLrs, both assignment employees and colleagues, and you will be terribly missed! We all wish you every good thing in your next life adventure as a retiree!

This year the Award (and the $1000 cheque!) goes to Kim from Hamilton, ON. Kim really makes a difference in the lives of her team mates, and is a great example of being "on the right path" to creating a better future through her work with ABL.

We are thrilled to invite our community partners and other friends to help us decide who will receive $1000 and be the recipient of the 2024 “A Better Life Award“:

Read about this year’s 3 nominees here: https://www.ablemployment.com/choose-a-winner/

ABL’s A Better Life Award recognizes an individual who has made an active outbound effort to create a better life for themselves and the people in their lives. It is not just a “good job” pat on the back, but rather an affirmation of positive action and accountability. While ABL is a part of this, these inspiring stories are truly about people who have influenced their own situation to create A Better Life. You can watch a short video describing this award from ABL’s President and Founder, PJ Ferguson, here: https://youtu.be/o1jj3SkTYYc
