Our October Decluttering Challenge....
I am so sorry I haven't pulled numbers for the last few days. Work has been busy and I haven't had a chance to take a video, edit and post.
Those who have been participating, or want to start I'm looking for your insight.
Would you like me to:

1. Just start next month fresh?
2. No video just pull 2 numbers a day until we catch up?
3. Still do the videos when possible and pull 2 numbers when needed.

Or do you have any ideas?

It's BACK by popular demand!

Starting October 1st we will be starting our Fresh Start Decluttering Challenge - Together, as a community, we're going to declutter 496 items in the month. That's one number for every day of October, drawn fresh each morning.

Here's how it works: every day we'll draw a number from 1 to 31. That's your decluttering goal for the day. Some days will be easy. Some days will push you. But by the end of October your home will be lighter, cleaner, and READY for the holidays - because let's be honest, more is coming in whether we like it or not. 🎁

Something a little different from us today! We made you a FREE printable - Clean your kitchen, then colour it in. Each number matches a task in the key - finish the task, colour the section. It's weirdly satisfying. Download it, print it, and tag us when you're done!

Mental Health Monday

Take time for yourself!

I know sometimes it's easier said then done. Trust me I know!
Since day 1 of opening this company (8.5 years ago), I have spent every single day doing something work related. Even on vacation I take my laptop and papers to work on during down time. And honestly I'm spent, burnt out and so tired. This weekend I put it all aside, and just relaxed. My daughter and I headed to Ontario to go camping with my parents. 2 and a half whole days of fishing, relaxing and just being present. And it was wonderful. No screen time, no answering messages and taking phone calls.

We caught 15 fish, watched my Dad and some of his friends fly remote control planes, ate some great food, had tones of laughes and enjoyed all that nature can bring. My daugter learned how to bait a hook and how to hold a crappie fish. Memories that will last her a lifetime 🥰
It was a nice reset and brain break. Thank yoh so much Mom and Dad for having us!

Take the time, make the memories, and be kind to yourself. Don't wait 8 years like me 😉

In 8.5 years I have never taken a vacation or even had a day off where I didn't take my work stuff with me... until today. Taking the long weekend off and away from the city for a much needed brain break and total relaxation!.
I hope you all have an amazing long weekend and also take some time to just relax.

We have an exciting update on our Grocery Cart Dash! 🛒

Our winner has some personal health challenges that made the 60-second dash difficult, so rather than put her in an uncomfortable position, we made sure she was taken care of with a grocery gift card so she could shop at her own pace. Because at Fresh Start, it's always about the person, not just the prize. 💛
