Responsibilities include:
• Washing dishes and general cleaning
• Food preparation
• Light cooking, including nachos and desserts
• Following recipes
• Maintaining a very clean and organized work area

Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred.

📅 Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
⏰ 5:00 PM – close (approximately 11:00 PM)

Working under the direction of the Solid Waste Coordinator, this position is responsible for monitoring and recording waste entering the landfill, operating the weigh scale system, inspecting incoming loads, maintaining accurate records, handling payments, and providing friendly and professional service to residents and contractors.
