Job description
•Ensure you attend all customer repair bookings on time and within the confirmed timeslot having collected daily parts required first.
• Meet and greet customers (at a location of their choosing. This could be their home or place of business) and complete all inbound quality control procedures.
• Complete all repairs within pre-defined timeframe.
• Complete all outbound quality control procedures.
• Complete all system-based administration procedures before returning a device to the customer and progressing to next appointment.
• Return all unused parts and/or salvage to appropriate drop-off point as required by the business.
• Be fully aware and closely monitor your own performance in line with company values, service levels and key performance indicators.
• Ensure that you, the mobile workshop and surrounding area are always presentable and maintained to a high standard.
• Oversee vehicle condition and escalate any maintenance required to manager or head office.
• Check tools and equipment are all present, correct and in good condition.
• Keep customers proactively informed of any delays or problems.
• Seek opportunities for business improvements and raise these to the relevant stakeholders.
• Actively collect feedback and referrals from customers.
• Proactively promote the service to attract new customers as required by the business e.g. leaflet distribution, MNO retail store engagement, local social media/online activity and parking in a prominent position when idle.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Packing/Production Technician

Job Summary

Manufactures product as per customer and company requirements while working within a team environment. Is responsible for sanitation, set up and operation of all production equipment. Follow all GMP’s, SOD’s and company policies/regulations and remain aligned to the Apotex Strategic Objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : COMPLIANCE

Perform all duties according to the SOD’s, GMP’s and within the company policies and safety standards
Accurately complete all documentation as per SOD’s, GMP requirements.
Notify Coordinator in the event of a deviation from the procedure product defect,safety incident, or other serious problem.
Execute line clearance and cleaning verification activities as per SODs and established standard work.

Productivity and Equipment

Dismantle,clean, sanitize and assemble manufacturing equipment according to established SODs to ensure GMP compliance and meet department changeover target in support of department and productivity goals
Safely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store,clean and transport production-ready assets
Conduct in process testing required in the manufacturing of the product
Execute applicable SAP and LIMS transitions accurately and in a timely manner
Effectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch ex*****on targets by ensuring optimal run rates in support of schedule adherence
Complete master batch records and associated production documentation accurately and timely
Ensure the proper selection,care, and use of tools,parts, and equipment while performing all job-related duties
Understand and cycle time concepts and sources of unreliability to focus on critical areas of improvement
Support LEAN initiatives and participate in Kaizen events
Perform the CPC or LT responsibilities as required
Operate computerized control panel/Human Interface(HMI) to monitor the process
Control process start-up and shut down
Issue maintenance notifications and prepare equipment for maintenance work orders as required
May rotate between different processing rooms during shifts as required

Team Work

Must be opened to seeking constructive criticism and feedback from colleagues and supervisors
Work effectively with team members in recognition of the team goals
Communicates effectively both verbally and written in English

Job Requirements

Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent -Bachelors/Masters will be considered overqualified candidates

Previous manufacturing experience within Food/ Pharmaceutical industry is an asset
