Vancouver, BC | $18-21.00/hour NET

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance & Custodial Helper to support daily building operations in a professional facility environment.

Duties:
- Basic building maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace LED lights and complete touch-up painting / wall patching
- General cleaning of washrooms, offices, and common areas
- Remove garbage and support site cleanliness
- Complete simple service reports and job updates
- Support general facility tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Comfortable with hands-on maintenance and custodial work
- Ability to lift/move items as required (25–50 lbs)
- Basic computer skills (emails, service logs, reporting)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Willing to learn new tasks and support facility needs
- Flexible availability (day or night shifts if required)
