The Trinity Forum is in my estimation the keystone event in our industry calendar.

It is an immense privilege to receive an invitation to co-moderate an expert panel of speakers on the topic of: People Planet & Partnerships - Growing Travel Retail in the Right Way.

Organized by the respected Moodie Davitt Report and Airports Council International and hosted In Hong Kong by the Hong Kong Airport, it promises to be another powerful collaboration of thought leaders, keynotes and networking opportunities.

Our industry may have gone through the most severe crisis, but there is no place I’d rather be than with those who have their shoulder to the wheel and leading all things that have to do with Airport Commercial Revenues.

SPARK may be a small company tucked into the West Coast shoreline, but our teams have received some notable attention for their professionalism and their achievements. Their commitment and dedication has placed our brand on the global radar. I could not be more thankful for such incredible team work.

It was an immense privilege to attend the Trinity Forum in Singapore that was co-organized by The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific and generously hosted by Changi Airport Group.
It was an honor to participate on a panel on the topic of "Enriching the Customer Experience". Moderated by Dermot Davitt (The Moodie Davitt Report President & Editorial Director), I was joined by ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira, Collinson President Asia Pacific and Global Board Member Todd Handcock who ensured poignant dialogue on the mission critical factors for our sector growth. So much fun and such a privilege. All credit goes to our sales teams who have taught me so much.

We were surprised and validated to have our Trinity Challenge shortlisted among the final four entries in Singapore. In line with our core for best practices in Human Resources for luxury sales, we called the entire industry to competitively position Travel Retail careers because we know this is a key function for customer experience, engagement and success for our channel.

The Trinity Challenge is an industry wide invitation to submit ideas and recommendations on "Making Travel Retail Right".

It is an immense privilege and honor to have our submission shortlisted among the final four competitors. The live presentation will take place in Singapore Nov 1.

Dayholi, Gray Matter Software Services, Plaza Premium Group and Spark Group of Companies have been shortlisted from submissions made for the prestigious Trinity Challenge 2022. Judging will take place live at The Trinity Forum next week in Singapore.
