· Operational Know-How: Familiarity with both Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truck Load (FTL) operations.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for negotiation.

· Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

· Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
