A growing real estates company located downtown is currently has a great opportunity for an office Manager to join their team. This position requires and individual to have maturity, agility, time management, and creativity as it will involve a variety of tasks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with assistant to organize the correspondence, records, business forms, expenses and other materials, as directed;
• Assist the Executive Team in daily activities;
• Answer the phone and direct the calls appropriately, order supplies, follow up with vendors on invoices, orders etc.;
• Perform accurate translations (English-Mandarin and Mandarin-English);
• Set up appointments, draft and edit letters, memos, formal and informal e-mails, and other correspondence;
• Organize business meetings, gatherings, events, schedules, visits etc.;
• Make travel arrangements, set up itineraries, liaison with diverse agents and consultants.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Diploma/Degree Business Administration or 5+ years in an administrative management position, experience with commercial property legal contracts is required;
• Knowledge of MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, in particular;
• Organized, professional, reliable, and detail oriented;
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision and to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner and with strict deadlines;
• Excellent customer service;
• Able to take direction and to follow through diligently on every designated task;
• Willing to learn the various tasks specific to the company’s environment;
• A positive attitude, punctual, and a strong work ethic with commitment to stellar task performance;
• Be fluent in Mandarin with good English skills is required.
