Our client is looking for an Office Administrator & Receptionist The Office Coordinator will be responsible for office coordination and front desk support. This role involves:
• Front Office- warmly greeting visitors (and employees) to the HQ and getting them settled in for meetings.
• Shipping and Receiving- sending out and greeting couriers at the HQ; making sure deliveries in and out are timely and accurate
• Office Maintenance – keeping the office (including kitchens) clean, organized, and fully functioning

Who- the Candidate:

What- the role: This is a full-time, permanent, Senior Fund Accountant role. This role is responsible for the administration and operations of a diverse portfolio of proprietary mutual funds and Limited Partnerships. Main responsibilities below.
• Perform detailed oversight of the external fund administrator by reviewing NAVs on a daily basis and reconciling discrepancies.
• Review reasonableness of income/expense accruals (including management and performance fees) and facilitate payment of invoices.
