We are seeking a reliable, experienced, trustworthy, and dependable caregiver to join a family of four in the East Vancouver area.

**Position Details:**

A family of four is looking for a caregiver to provide before and after school child support and to perform basic household chores during the day while the children are at school.

This lovely and kind family has two girls, aged 5 and 3. As a House Support provider, you will assist the family with day-to-day activities, including helping the girls get ready for school and daycare in the mornings. The girls will be starting kindergarten and daycare in the fall, requiring more childcare hours during the summer and transition to kindergarten.

**Schedule:**
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM

**Compensation:**
- $21-25 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

**Start Date:**
- September 2024, Slow transition during August (3-4 days).

**Location:**
- East 7th and Clark, within walking distance of Commercial-Broadway Skytrain and VCC Clark. The school and daycare are also within walking distance from the house.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with meal prep for the girls' lunches
- Laundry
- Meal prep for the family
- Organize children’s belongings
- Basic housework, such as tidying and organizing the house (deep cleaning is not required)

This lovely and busy family has two children: a 4.5-year-old girl and a 15-month-old boy. As a Nanny, you will play a pivotal role in providing attentive and loving care for our children in a safe and supportive environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being, development, and happiness of the children entrusted to your care.

The 4.5-year-old is a bright and intuitive girl who loves crafts, books, going to the beach, and playing dress-up. She is in a full-time indoor/outdoor preschool program. The 15-month-old is a sweet little boy who has had a complex medical history. He leads a fairly normal life, with only a few dietary restrictions. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and gentle with the kids.
