You must be confident in your work and comfortable with sweeping when needed. Keeping yourself busy is an asset. All flagger gear is necessary as well as a valid in date TCP ticket.

Previous experience working on a construction site is an asset. You must have general knowledge of site duties such as cleaning, power tools (drills, jackhammering, jigsaws, sanders, grinders, routers) and anything that needs to be done on site. Fall Protection Certificate is an asset. Must have steel-toed boots.
