Shifts Available: Day Shift Only
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Competitive Pay | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

🔧 About the Role:

A&T Human Resources is currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Ring Operator for a well-established manufacturing client. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic and prior experience operating metal forming machinery. You’ll play an important part in producing quality parts that meet customer and industry standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate metal forming machinery

Read and follow work orders with attention to detail and accuracy

Work with close tolerances and verify measurements using handheld tools

Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality

Follow all health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues

Communicate any production concerns to the supervisor

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience operating metal forming or similar machinery is preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills

Ability to use handheld measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Physically able to lift to 50 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and press machine experience who are looking to grow within a reputable company.

• Independently set up dies and prepare machines for production runs
• Operate press machines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and adjust press controls as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following company safety standards
• Complete daily production reports and communicate any issues to the supervisor
