Position Overview • Our client is looking for Inside Sales Reps, on a temp to perm basis, to join their dynamic, fast paced, results oriented team. If you have previous call centre sales experience and have an aggressive, hunter mentality, who wants to have an opportunity to make as much commissions as you want, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities • As an Inside Sales Representative (Telesales), you will be responsible for prospecting/identifying opportunities in a fast paced environment as well as building and generating revenue for online advertising.
• Focusing on acquiring new clients, this position will be primarily placing outbound sales calls (to include cold-calls), making sales presentations, and prospecting.
Requirements • 2+ years of recent call centre sales experience (B2B), in either an outbound or inbound environment
• Must be comfortable prospecting, developing leads and making a high volume of cold calls
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Need to be self motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable working in a quota/sales target environment
• Need to be able to work independently
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Must be able to build rapport, develop and maintain relationships with customers
