For me - recruitment is ALL about getting to know you as a person, then getting you in the right job, so you can be at your best! Otherwise, it just won't work!

I've heard people I speak with everyday mentioning that there are recruiters who won't even look at our profile properly. It doesn't matter to them what we 'actually' do - they just want to fix things up, get paid and move on to the next one. I say - it NEVER works that way! We gotta:

- know the client - their culture, team, the management style
- what is the job REALLY about
- get to know the candidate's profile (IN and OUT)
- have a straightforward, honest interview process
- provide feedback to both candidate and the client (yes, they need it too)
- have both parties meet and talk for as long as they say - "it's the right fit"
- finally, make it happen when all boxes check!!

It's not easy to be a Recruiter, but it's all worth it!

We are looking to add a creative marketing intern for our team to help us expand and manage some really cool creative marketing projects. Key responsibilities:

- Establish our brand presence in the target market
- Help us execute strategies using a variety of digital marketing tools
- Conduct research & surveys to identify potential clientele
- Deliver qualified leads that could turn into real-time clients
- Handle social networking media channels to facilitate brand awareness (knowledge of handling social media sites is key)
- Manage to write and publish blog posts on LinkedIn to keep the traffic coming
- Manage and arrange Hireflx’s website content and upon discussion and approval
- Initiate demand generation initiatives via social media, email, webinars etc.
- Produce marketing performance reports and analyse based on market trends
- Additional responsibilities as we discover new opportunities together

Key skills for the role:

- Creativity is ‘Key’
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- A knack for digital marketing tools
- Content writing
- Knowledge of marketing tools i.e. Canva, HubSpot, WordPress is crucial
- Search Engine Optimization - it’s usage in increasing traffic
- Google Adwords
