So much to process these days....

I challenge everyone every day to find one good thing to be thankful for.

Today, i am thankful and proud of our fellow Canadian’s that are doing their best. Thats all we can ask for no matter where you live.

People are frightened, nervous, jumpy, confused and many i speak with daily, sound very depressed. Buck up, we have a long way to go.

Lets pull up our moods.
Know that frustration grows in our minds if we allow it. Don’t allow it.

Our job is NOT to let all of the bad news seep deep into our thoughts. Our job is to be responsible to ourselves and others. We must listen and hear the updates, process them and then compartmentalize.

Don’t sweat what you can’t control or fix. Draw on your strengths and be the light your family, friends and others need you to be.

Doing what is right by staying at home, takes patience and strength.

Find the strength and ramp up your patience level.

It will be easier on you and those you love and that love you.

This is a marathon not a quick sprint.
