NOW HIRING: Working Site Superintendent - Concrete (Industrial Projects)
Location: Mississauga, ON (Projects within 1-hour radius)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Site Superintendent with a concrete focus to lead and contribute to our projects in the Mississauga area. With a robust pipeline of at least 30 projects at any given time, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving team.
🚧Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Expertise: A strong background and hands-on experience in concrete work are essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various concrete applications within industrial settings.
🚧Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of three individuals, including this position. Expect hands-on involvement in daily tasks and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
🚧On-site Work: Be prepared to work 6-8 hours a day on tools/labour, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and setting the standard for your team.
🚧Experience: Utilize your 8-15 years of experience to navigate and manage the complexities of on-site work, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
🚧Subtrade Management: Oversee and manage relationships with 10 sub trades on-site, ensuring coordination and collaboration for successful project ex*****on.
🚧Work Weeks: Maintain a consistent work schedule of 40-44 hours per week, understanding the dynamic nature of construction projects.
🚧Pipeline of Work: With a substantial number of projects ongoing simultaneously, you can be assured of a continuous pipeline of work, offering stability and growth opportunities.
🚧Qualifications:
8-15 years of hands-on experience in concrete work, preferably in industrial settings.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hands-on capacity.
Familiarity with managing sub trades and coordinating on-site activities.
