"In my almost five years in Canada, I’ve been through a lot of ups and downs, dealing with mental health issues and homelessness. I was introduced to Fife House at my lowest and I can honestly say that it was heaven sent and game changing for me. In just four months of working with Fife House, I made tremendous progress in my journey of healing... I often reflect on the past few months and can’t help but wonder where I would’ve been today without that help, and for the first time in a while I find myself making plans and hopeful for a brighter future.” - Mahmoud ❤️🌟🏠

No person is an island, so it is extremely important that we are able to look out for each other. Fife House is glad to have been able to offer support to Mahmoud in his time of need, as well as to many other vulnerable community members. This is possible due to the support, kindness, and generosity of our donors and partners who believe in our mission and values, and the tireless dedication and commitment of our staff and volunteers. It's evidence of the amazing things we can achieve when we rally together to support each other. Read more stories from other community members in Fife House's latest Annual Impact and Gratitude Report: https://www.fifehouse.org/about-us/reports/ (Link in our bio).

Help us support other vulnerable community members by partnering or volunteering with us, or by making a one-time or monthly donation today! www.fifehouse.org 🌞🙌

Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day!

A simple conversation can make a huge difference to someone who's struggling with their mental health. It’s all about showing you care. 💚

Why not check in with a friend, colleague or family member this , and show someone that their mental health matters.

How will you be marking World Mental Health Day? Let us know in the comments!

It was a privilege to be a part of this event for 360ºkids . A lovely day with lovely people. Thank you for the opportunity to support and attend.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible sponsors who helped make the 3rd Annual DigniTea event such a success! Your support allows us to provide critical care and services for survivors of human trafficking through the HOPE Program. Together, we are creating a brighter future for youth in York Region. 🌟"
