As LEC continues to celebrate Black History Month, we reflect on our work grounded in the belief that workforce development must be intentional, inclusive, and equity-based. That means designing programs that remove barriers, supporting Black and racialized participants in accessing good jobs, and partnering with organizations led by and serving these communities. All our staff remains committed to this goal and building a more equitable future.
