We’re hiring CNC machinists for 2nd shift operations to work with a global leader in precision aerospace manufacturing. Looking for professionals who take pride in tight-tolerance, high-quality machining.

Working location: Haverhill, MA.
Full-Time, 2nd Shift Only

Job Openings:
- CNC Grinder
- Manual Lathe Operator
- CNC Lathe / Mill Turn Machinist

What You’ll Do:
- Setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment or manual engine lathes
- Reading blueprints and engineering drawings to produce high-precision parts
- Troubleshooting new programs, setups, and machine offsets
- Working within tolerances as tight as +/- .00015" to .001"
- Using a variety of gauges and indicators to inspect and verify parts
- Supporting high-performance aerospace component production

What We’re Looking For:
- CNC Machining experience (CNC or manual grinding, lathe, or mill turn)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in tight tolerances
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety and quality

Compensation Package:
- Competitive pay range: $26–$39/hr based on experience
- 15% shift premium for 2nd shift
- Flexible 2nd shift start times (4pm, 5pm, or 6pm – 8-hour shift)
- Full benefits after 30 days (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance); 401(k) after your first full quarter

Shift timings :

Sunday - 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Assist in producing high-quality products
Fill, pour, and press product accurately
Pack product and correctly label packages
Keep up with production demands and productivity targets

Requirements:
Confident with basic mathematics
Able to do physical work for 8-hour shifts, on your feet, and lift 50 pounds
Capable of physical activities such as standing for a long duration, bending down, pulling, and pushing
Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual and dependable
Fluent in English: reading, writing, and speaking
Flexible to work shift work, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
