Make sure your company stands for something, it has a set of values and a mission. In time, this will lead to likeminded employees. People associate with brands they believe in.
➼ Competitive Pay and Benefits
Even though the benefits a company offers are not everything when it comes to a job, they play an important role when people make an important move. Benefits and salary packages should at least meet the industry standards, though for extra results, you could also look more into the perks that might be attractive for your target.
As Lawrence Bossidy said “I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies”, employees are the one resource you should always focus on.
