In stunning Courtenay B.C. Canada, MacDonald Hagarty alongside pacific swell developments, are building on a picturesque waterfront lot. What’s sets these renderings apart however is how we produced the context. Not your typical way of painstakingly modelling terrain and placing vegetation. The landscape you see has been generated by A.I.

Our rendering team prompted A.I. with real context photos, examples of the local flora and specifics about lighting, orientation and mood to create a landscape that accurately spoke of time and place.

We’re now leveraging A.I. as a tool to:
• improve the quality of our renderings
• speed up production
• and reduce cost.
