•To provide talent acquisition expertise on all aspects of recruitment, including:
◦Determining talent requirements according to business needs.
◦Development and implementation of recruitment plans.

The dress code is relaxed with a few rules to follow for safety.

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during long shifts
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move stuff around
If you want to and there is a need for it, you can get trained to use powered industrial trucks

The candidate should have the ability to operate an industrial sewing machine. He/She should be able to work effectively as a member of a team, collaboratively with others in a multidisciplinary team environment and to work independently as required. He/she should be \detail-oriented, punctual, consistent, productive, as well as efficient. He/she should know how to:
- Sew / finish various types of fabrics.
- assess the quality of fabric pieces before sewing to ensure fabrics are up to standards.
- Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded on a daily basis, while at the same time maintaining company standards.
