JOB SUMMARY
Being an HR manager you have to apply your innovative and unique ideas during the management of everyday tasks in the human resources department. You will manifest extraordinary problem-solving and negotiation skills. Your responsibility is to incline the success graph of the company by making the policies that would lead the organization towards new levels of development. Your negotiation skills will be helpful to resolve any conflict within HR and any other department of the company. Your good decision-making abilities will influence the performance of the HR department and the company. Your reliability will help you to cut down the chances of payment issues during payroll making. Your competencies in human resources management will ensure the overall sustainability and effectiveness of the company by inclining employee productivity. You work as a Human Resources Manager working in our company many different but important tasks. There are daily, weekly, monthly and annual meetings and other responsibilities. You work with your fellow staff members and your main tasks involve staffing activities, training for the new hire, and legal compliance. You will manage many clerical tasks by yourself and assign tasks to your assistants. You arrange daily tasks as per the pre-scheduled meetings and appointments. You go through daily meetings throughout the day. You ensure that the company complies with local, state, and federal laws. You are supposed to work in such a way that must ensure legal compliance in order to protect the company and its reputation. One of the major portions of your daily activities is dedicated to staffing activities. These activities involve recruitment, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Under this, you have to work with other professionals to create job ads on a variety of media platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
1) Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field is required.
2) Candidate should possess a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in Human Resources in a recruiting agency or firm.
3) Candidate should know the ex*****on of talent management processes including recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1) Should have sound knowledge of employment law and employment standards Act, as well as other regulatory employment laws.
2) Should be proficient in cracking new contracts with good Negotiations skills.
3) Knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Relations practices, the various collective agreements, grievance procedures, related legislation such as the Labor Relations Act,
Human Rights Code, as well as the collective bargaining, negotiation, conciliation, and mediation processes, are required.
4) Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of
the organization.
5) Able to provide leadership and support for supervisors.
6) Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail required.

10) Updated with the recent human resources trends.
11) Making strategies, plans, and policies and executing all these Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process.
12) Plan to interview and hire with Human Resource team members for various organizations.
13) Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
